  Very disorganized. The did not order the correct amount of carpet, and then the installer left the strips of nails uncovered where the missing carpet was so that I had to try to avoid stepping on them until the rest of the carpet arrived. My furniture was not moved back to where it belonged after the carpet installation. The vinyl floor had bubbles in it. I received a call from one installer claiming it had been fixed, and another called me three times throughout the week/weekend asking if he could come fix it (after it had apparently been fixed). Very poor communication between the store and the installers. I do not recommend them.
